This department is responsible for various earthworks scopes of work including, but not limited to the construction of water management structures (ie. dams, ditches, berms, haul and access roads, laydowns etc.) Qualifications • 5+ years of experience, preferably in an industrial construction environment • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role • Civil Engineering graduate (technicians or engineer) or suitable combination of education and experience • Candidates should have strong leadership skills with the ability to evaluate and positively influence performance to create a dynamic, self-accountable work force.
